The RAN650 product family is a series of 5G O-RAN radio units (O-RUs) developed for disaggregated 5G networks and compliant with O-RAN fronthaul interface specifications. This O-RU is designed to support a 7.2x split fronthaul network architecture and is equipped with two 10 GbE fiber fronthaul transport ports. The radio unit supports a 4x4 MIMO configuration via external antennas of your choice.

RAN650 offers an output power of up to 5 W per antenna port. The device is housed in an IP65-rated outdoor enclosure that features four N-type antenna connectors, two 10 GbE SFP+ ports, a GPS antenna connector, and a -48 V DC power connector.

Furthermore, the O-RU supports advanced time synchronization via GPS or IEEE-1588 v2 (PTP) sources and is designed for operation in a temperature range of -33 to +55 °C.
