Mast Construction

The construction of radio masts is a central component for reliable data transmission and the stability of your network. Whether for mobile communications, microwave links, or other communication applications – we offer customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of your site.

Our construction services also include Steelroot masts, which are characterized by their exceptionally high stability and durability. These robust masts provide an excellent foundation for a variety of radio applications and are ideal for use in demanding environments.

Mast inspections

There are over 25 million masts in Germany, serving a wide range of uses and requirements. Environmental factors influence their condition and service life, which is why regular inspections are not just recommended, but mandatory.

The structural stability of masts is subject to traffic safety obligations and must be regularly checked and monitored. We support you in carrying out all measures for the inspection and monitoring of the stability, positional safety, traffic safety, and durability of mast and support systems.

Regular inspections include an annual condition assessment as well as a main inspection at least every six years. A supplementary "simple inspection" is generally carried out three years after the main inspection.

Your connection via our mast sites

Fiber or radio? Both! True redundancy, as required for critical infrastructure, is only achieved by using different transmission media and paths. Ideally, you should combine a wired fiber optic connection with professional microwave radio.

The performance of fiber and microwave is nearly identical: synchronicity, low latency, and availability of up to 99.995%. Protect yourself against outages – whether caused by construction work, hardware damage, power failures, or vandalism – by opting for media-neutral redundancy via microwave. With data rates of up to 20 Gbit/s full duplex, microwave offers more than just an alternative in the event of a failure.

To provide you with certainty as quickly as possible, we have established operational radio hub sites. From these hubs, we can provide you with microwave connectivity within a few days – independent of the local public IP network.
‍

We cooperate with tower providers such as Deutsche Funkturm and Phoenix Tower to optimize the deployment of microwave connectivity throughout Germany.

Our planning tools manage hundreds of locations, which significantly increases the feasibility of any individual request for a microwave link.
